Tallied guide
How to download your DBS, OCBC and UOB e-statements
In the DBS digibank app go to More, then eDocuments, then eStatement; in the OCBC app go to More, then Documents, then View documents; in UOB TMRW go to Services, then eStatements.
Each bank keeps a different number of years: DBS 7 years from when you signed up, UOB up to 5, and OCBC 3 years from July 2026, rising to 5 by 2028.
DBS and POSB
- digibank app: log in, tap More, then eDocuments (under Quick Access), then eStatement.
- Filter by statement type and year, then tap the download icon on each month.
- On a computer, digibank online works the same way: log in, scroll to eDocuments, choose Show All, then eStatements.
DBS keeps e-statements for 7 years from the date you enrolled. A credit card statement isn't produced for a month with no transactions and no balance, so a missing month there is normal.
OCBC
- OCBC app: tap More, then Documents (Statements & Letters), then View documents.
- Filter by category or date and open each statement to save it.
- On a computer, in Internet Banking: View accounts, then Documents, then View documents.
Since 30 June 2026 OCBC no longer emails statements; you get a notice and download them from the app or Internet Banking. You can see up to 3 years of past documents, rising to 4 years in 2027 and 5 in 2028.
UOB
- UOB TMRW app: tap Services, then eStatements, then the account or card.
- Open each month and save the PDF.
- For Personal Internet Banking, UOB's eStatement page has the current steps.
UOB keeps e-statements for up to 5 years from when you subscribed. Months from before you switched to e-statements aren't available.
Then keep them in one place
Save the PDFs to one folder, with a subfolder for each bank if you like. Banks change their menus from time to time; if a step here doesn't match, the bank's own page below has the latest.
How Tallied does it
- Save your statements into Tallied's folder in the Files app and it adds them the next time you open it. Pick a folder once; Tallied checks it when you open the app (and in the background when iOS allows) and adds statements it hasn't seen.
- Tallied reads PDF e-statements from Singapore banks and cards, credit cards and savings accounts alike. It's been checked most on DBS/POSB; if a statement from your bank doesn't come in, Settings › Statements folder › Check every statement says why.
- A statement asks for a password? Tallied asks once and remembers it on your iPhone.
- Your statements never leave your iPhone; only a shop's name is looked up. No bank login, no account.
Tallied is on the Singapore App Store for iPhone and iPad. 7 days free, then S$6.99 a month or S$59.99 a year.
